I'm so proud of my friend Ben Kelly

Today he ran one his amazing mindfulness sessions ! And the Mayor turned up ! What an honour ! He's so lovely too.

Today was just what I needed after the loss and the stress I've had ongoing. Really glad I'm able to attend next week 🙌
