Today was our last session with MNI and their girl youth group for Ramadan crafting. Lead by our aromatherapist Leah we made bath bombs and bath salt pots using various perfumes, florals and salts. The girls were super creative and it was so much fun!

After Saturday’s inspiring crafting day, we returned on Sunday for a beautiful flower-filled workshop. The girls created their own flower presses, crafted intricate 3D floral designs, and made stunning flower bowls, each piece completely unique and made with such care. 🌸✨

The weekend began with The Karmic Collective hosting a hands-on candle-making experience, where the girls explored candle painting and created their own candles using wax granules and herbs. 🕯️

We were truly honoured to partner with MNI Youth Club, a Halliwell-based Muslim-led youth group, to offer this special Ramadan programme. It was a beautiful opportunity to gather during this sacred month nurturing creativity, reflection, and mindful intention.

We are deeply committed to creating inclusive, cross-cultural spaces where every tradition is respected and celebrated.

Thank you for allowing us to share in such a meaningful weekend — it was a joy from beginning to end. 💛

3rd Thursday of every month, Bolton Black History Group meet at Bolton Socialist Club for food and community connection. The group leaders also organise days out to the theatre, day trips and much more.
