                                            Good afternoon everyone!
We know a lot of people are now wondering whether to travel to The Canary Islands or not because of the recent announcement by the UK government.
Thank you all for getting in touch with us enquiring about date changes/deposits/antigen tests etc.
Many apologies for the disruption that has been caused by the recent announcement and wishing you all the best.
With regards to the deposit, it is refundable if the airline cancels your flight or if the UK government enforces a lockdown which means you wouldn't be allowed to fly. If your flight has been cancelled, all we would need is an email confirmation of the cancellation and we would proceed to offering a full refund of the deposit within 24 hours of receiving the email.
On a positive note, the deposit is safe if you were to book in with us at a later date and we would reschedule your appointment with no extra charge.
With regards to the Antigen Test, we will be giving this option to ALL our clients who are travelling to The Canary Islands.
If you have any questions at all regarding the above, please DM us or alternatively email us at info@worldwidetravelhealth.co.uk and we will respond as soon possible.
Wishing you all the very best in these tough times.
Kind Regards
