Check the 'PL number' on the packet. It's a unique licence number given exclusively to a particular drug made by a particular manufacturer. The medicine's are often put in different packaging for different shops and chemists but if the PL numbers match, it's the SAME drug.

Checking PL numbers is great way to save money and ensure you get the correct medicine.

Take a pic on your phone of your PL numbers for your regular meds and you will have it handy for in shop comparisons.

Question: Is eating healthier more expensive?

ANHB: In our experience it is actually cheaper for many and we help as many people as we can to save money and get healthier at same time. It can be done.

It can also be more expensive for some and there is nothing wrong with that. If you really have budget concerns you just have to be that extra smarter in how you approach health and shopping.

Also for many people, rich or poor, it's not the amount of money that is an issue but simply wrong or misguided priorities.

New advice says we need to eat 10 portions of fruit and veg but is this only a diet for the wealthy?
