Deane eye clinic is part of the Children's eye team scheme.
This is a scheme where the optician is more aware of children's eye care issues
in that they work together with the hospital to look any eye care needs of
children.

We can now deal with patients [through the NHS, at no cost to the patient] regarding any non-spectacle issues;
-Reducing /blurry vision
- red/ painful/irritated eye
-flashing lights or floaters in vision

Hello. Just a quick update on out temporary changes to practice services during the covid crisis. Due to covid restrictions we are now providing a delivery service to all those who may have glasses /contact lenses still to collect. There is also a service available for emergency and essential eyecare, so we are still here for those having any issues at all with their eyes/glasses/vision . However, we are strictly providing these services on the basis that the patient telephones the practice first and speaks to a member of staff. We can then provide you with an appointment if appropriate otherwise we will give you advise accordingly.
