🚫👂 STOP Putting Cotton Buds in Your Ears! 👂🚫

Take a look at the cotton buds we have just removed from just one ear this morning at the Haslingden clinic.

We know it's tempting, but using cotton buds (Q-tips) to clean your ears can actually do more harm than good. Here’s why:

🌀 You’re pushing wax deeper. Instead of cleaning, cotton buds often push earwax further into the ear canal, which can cause blockages, discomfort, and even hearing loss.
