You've never failed at dieting! Buuuuuuut you HAVE failed at everything else...
1- Managing your time! - Have you organised enough time in your week to meal plan, food shop and prep? Or have you bought some random healthy food, ran out then went back to convenience after 4 days?
2- The influence of others. - Have you got a strong, inspiring set of people in your life who support and encourage your diet even when its tough? Or are you surrounded by snackers and takeaway lovers who frequently remind you "one won't hurt"....
3- Does your environment help or hinder? - Is your home (mostly kitchen) set up in a way that makes dieting easy? Do you have the space to prep and store? Are you lacking the utensils and working area to actually make your diet manageable and appealing?
4- What is supporting your new change? - Do you have something else that inspires your diet you can bring into your life? A new activity, hobby or social circle. Anything to support your dietary change. Because if you're switching to healthy options from your sunken spot on the sofa watching netflix all day. It's less likely to last.
