✨ New 4-Week Mat Pilates Course ✨
We’re excited to welcome a new Mat Pilates course with Sarah Danielle, starting 16th April.
This 4-week course will focus on building core strength and stability through controlled Pilates exercises designed to support posture, balance and overall strength — with plenty of encouragement (and a bit of fun!) along the way.
Perfect if you’d like to develop a stronger core and feel more confident in your movement.
