You've told us that nursing staff across Greater Manchester are being paid less for doing more, as NHS employers cut rates for extra shifts and refuse to pay proper overtime. You are worth better than that.

Members working in central and Greater Manchester are invited to join us for a webinar with our Regional Director, Simon Browes to discuss the impact that these cuts are having on your life.

What do you want the next steps to be? What action do you want to take? Join us and be part of the fightback.

Who's excited!? We are as Congress returns to Liverpool once again between 18 and 21 May 2026 and we need you to help visitors to the city have the best experience ever!

We are offering RCN members the opportunity to become closely involved in the running of Congress as a ‘Congress Ambassador’.

The tasks will vary from day-to-day and you will only be asked to work half a day at a time, leaving plenty of time for you to attend debates, see the exhibition and participate in Congress events.

However, don't listen to us, hear how much one of last year's Congress Ambassadors Desmond Dambudzo enjoyed the experience.
