Been a hell of a month training has gone up a level.
Only missed 5 sessions all month.

Sorry I’ve been quiet on here recently. Been concentrating on training and family life.
This weekend I’m back with a bang.
10 mile TT on Saturday
Haweswater half marathon today. Both events I was really happy with.
Christine Moxon is still injured so Neil Raby and Heather Raby stood in for her.
30 min 10 mile TT
2hour 20 for a hilly half marathon
Well chuffed with both days training

Been a tough day today, but as usual Christine Moxon has been my rock even though she has her own tough day.

4 years ago today, whilst in a really dark place I tried to end my life. I couldn’t see any other way.
I didn’t succeed.
With out the help and support of many friends and family and especially Christine. I’m still here today. We’re going through tough times again but together we’re facing each day, not always with fire in our belly’s but more of a small spark.
I’m always here if anyone ever needs a chat or a scream.
