But what is it actually changing for you?

Healing doesn’t always arrive in a big, dramatic moment.

More often, it’s found in the quiet shifts… choosing to pause instead of panic, speaking a little more kindly to yourself, or doing something differently without even realising it at first.

And while this quote is true, sometimes, it’s the people around you who notice the change before you do.

They might comment that you seem lighter, calmer, more like yourself again. And in that moment, it can gently reflect back to you just how far you’ve come… even if you hadn’t fully seen it yet.

Healing is both deeply personal and quietly visible.
It lives in those small, private choices and in the subtle ways the world begins to respond to the new version of you.

If you’ve been making those quiet changes, even the ones no one sees… they matter more than you think.

It’s not always easy to recognise when your stress bucket is getting full. If you’re used to living with stress on a daily basis, the physical and emotional effects can feel “normal”.

It’s only when you take a step back or your stress bucket overflows that the true impact becomes clearer.

When stress starts to become overwhelming, it can erode your self-confidence and leave you feeling that you’re not in control. It can also result in a long list of physical and emotional symptoms that can potentially be very debilitating.

Some of the signs that stress is getting on top of you include:

- Getting to sleep (and staying asleep) is a nightly struggle
- Feeling exhausted most or all of the time
- Frequent headaches/migraines
- Chronic aches and pains in the muscles and joints
- Finding it hard to make decisions
- Feeling forgetful (the classic “why did I come into this room?”)
- Feeling snappy and irritable
- Getting upset when even the smallest thing goes wrong

If you experience some or all of these symptoms on a regular basis, I highly recommend looking at your stress levels and taking steps to get on top of stressors.

A common fear... 🕸

A client who I worked with to overcome this said, "Thank you thank you thank you to this lady! ​Spiders gave me panic attacks, made me emotional and sometimes sick…..no more thanks to Caron!

I can now be in a room with a spider and stay very calm…..and I can even have a bit of fun with my Halloween snap chat filters…..if you need help with a phobia Caron is the one to go to!"

There’s something about a sunny day that just lifts everything a little 🌞
Even a short walk in the sunshine can help calm the mind, boost your mood, and give you a moment to reset.

Hypnotherapy works in a similar way, creating space to slow things down, quiet the noise, and help your mind focus on feeling safe, positive, and in control.

Taking time to step outside, feel the warmth, and be present can do wonders for your mental wellbeing, just like giving your mind the space it needs in hypnotherapy.
