Have a think about what's on your Bucket List that one thing that you've always wanted to do but never have because of your weight....

Well now you just might!.....

Oh, I hear you!

What if you can't think of anything?

Well, have a think about about what gets you annoyed or upset.

Then think about why that does and is it connected to your weight?

Honestly time now!

Is it because you get backache from gardening or when doing the washing up?

What else is impacted by your posture?

What about your knees when going up or down stairs?

Or some part of your body is painful after sitting down for a while?

All of these things you don't like, all of these things could ease or even disappear when you lose weight!

So now turn that into a positive and add that to your bucket list....

That you want to be able to stand up without pain that you want finish the washing up without the need to look for painkillers afterwards.

ALL of these things could be on your bucket list because.... you deserve to be happy!

Self-doubt can be a huge problem for people…

Does any of this resonate with you?

You slam the brakes on even before you've hand a chance to think things through.

Your pesky mind hijacks your ideas and keeps you playing small.

Because of putting limits on your potential it means you don’t realise what you’re capable of.

You don’t reach your potential. So you stay on the same track, playing safe with your comfy slippers on. Repeating the same year twice. Or 3 times…

So, how to break the pattern....

😊 Be a yes person to the right questions and no thanks to the food questions.
😊 Lean into what’s uncomfortable by working out why it is.
😊 Start to look at ways to cultivate self-belief.
😊 Tell yourself you’re meant for more and that you can do it.
😊 That someone has your back (they have)
And
😊 Say yes to yourself and your dreams by giving yourself permission to go after them.

Good morning 😊

The frosty mornings have gone and at 8.30am the sun is shining.

A perfect day to start an exercise regime. The best exercise, especially when dieting, is gentle walking.

We don't want to burn too many calories, as we are not putting as many into our bodies whilst dieting 😉

🚶15 minutes will burn 100 calories✅
🚶It will get you out in the fresh air, your daily dose of Vitamin D 🌞
🚶It will increase your endorphins and lift your mood 😀
🚶 It will give you time to yourself ✅

So much can be achieved in just 15 minutes.

Whatever happens to us we always have a choice.
We choose to stick to a plan or decide to go off course.
Whatever is most important to us will get us will get us through.
So when losing weight is not the drop in scales which is the most important but what we get from it.
Me? It's finally liking myself and I show that by being in control.
Dropping the weight is a by product of looking after myself.

Fit..... ish......

I planned to maintain in Nov and did though Dec didn't go the same way and I put on....I know why and accepted that I'm not perfect.

So, as of Monday I'm back on it.

I know it works and what I need to do.

I also know that I'm feeling uncomfortable in my own skin and this makes me not want to do anything which means I'm in a very vicious circle.

Acceptance is the first step and getting rid of any excuses is the second.

You will only ever live the life you create for yourself.

Your life is yours alone. Others can try to persuade you, but they can’t decide for you. They can walk with you, but not in your shoes. So make sure the path you decide to walk aligns with your own intuition and desires, and don’t be scared to switch paths or pave a new one when it makes sense.

Remember, it’s always better to be at the bottom of the ladder you want to climb than the top of the one you don’t.
Be productive and patient & realise that patience is not about waiting, but the ability to keep a good attitude while working hard for what you believe in.

This is your life and it is made up entirely of your choices.

May your actions speak louder than your words.
May your life preach louder than your lips.

And if life only teaches you one thing, let it be that taking a passionate leap is always worth it.
Even if you have no idea where you’re going to land, be brave enough to step.

It's easy to enjoy some of your favourite Christmas treats and stay on Plan! 🎄

Here's our super simple Mulled Wine Mocktail recipe☃️

🛍 You'll need:⁣
½ tsp Raspberry Water Flavouring
½ tsp Orange Water Flavouring
750ml water
4 cloves
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
3 black peppercorns

🥣 Method: ⁣⁣
1. Put the Raspberry Water Flavouring and Orange Water Flavouring in a saucepan. Add the cloves, star anise, cinnamon and peppercorns.

2. Heat gently until simmering.

3. Taste for sweetness and add more Water Flavouring if needed.

4. Strain into heatproof glasses and serve.

So when I 'forget' to weigh myself is it because I already know it's not going to be good?
Then I figure that I can't do it a day later as THAT would be cheating??!
My water has been pants this week so my weight loss will be as well.
Woohoo!! 2 bad weeks on the run.
Then I get invited to an awards ceremony (I'm in the caring category, clearly it's about others and not caring about myself!!).
So I try on this dress I bought earlier this year because I loved it but didn't have the occasion and.... it's tight!!
So NOW I have an urgent reason to drink the water!!
So the point of this?

How many times have you thought this?
Are you doing this again or are you ready to get something you want?

I used to use every excuse in the book, just like this, everything was an effort, I ‘needed’ the food to cheer me up…😐
I can honestly say it’s liberating to now enjoy these events with the focus on being on other things rather than what I put in my mouth.
