Have a think about what's on your Bucket List that one thing that you've always wanted to do but never have because of your weight....
Well now you just might!.....
Oh, I hear you!
What if you can't think of anything?
Well, have a think about about what gets you annoyed or upset.
Then think about why that does and is it connected to your weight?
Honestly time now!
Is it because you get backache from gardening or when doing the washing up?
What else is impacted by your posture?
What about your knees when going up or down stairs?
Or some part of your body is painful after sitting down for a while?
All of these things you don't like, all of these things could ease or even disappear when you lose weight!
So now turn that into a positive and add that to your bucket list....
That you want to be able to stand up without pain that you want finish the washing up without the need to look for painkillers afterwards.
ALL of these things could be on your bucket list because.... you deserve to be happy!
