🌿 🤍 Pressure Points 🌿 🤍

During an aromatherapy massage, certain areas can be pressed along the back/spine and around the facial/scalp area.

These areas are pressure points which are powerfully sensitive parts of the body, when pressed firmly it is thought to release endorphins which act as a natural pain reliever.

Using pressure points during a back massage can help to alleviate pain and discomfort. Used during a facial massage it can help to relieve the pain associated with migraines, headaches and tired eyes.

Aromatherapy massage really is a special therapy, it's ultra relaxing and so good for our wellbeing ❤

After your massage you may feel a little light headed getting up from the massage table. Having a glass of water and taking your time can help to reduce any light headed feeling you may experience 🤍

Throughout the day you may experience more thirst than usual. Drinking plenty of water will keep you hydrated and help to flush out toxins 💦

If your muscles were highly stressed before your massage then you may experience some muscle discomfort for 24 to 48hrs after your treatment. Gentle stretching exercises can help to ease any discomfort you may have 🧘‍♀️

You can expect to have a great night's sleep after your massage. If you want to relax after your treatment then try to clear your diary for the remainder of the day 😴

You'll notice you have improved mobility and range of motion. Client's often comment that they feel stretched and feel like a weight has been lifted off their shoulders 💪
