Met with my first family last night, since starting back up, and all booked in and what was lovely to hear is how they want their daughter to build a long term relationship with me so they can make this regular every month.Iv had lots of enquires on childcare.co.uk and im meeting with another family next week. There is naturally going to be anxieties around leaving your child/children with someone outside of your family but it was so lovely to hear how I was able to put them at ease. I took all my certificates with me and let them fire questions at me (as they put it haha ). They apologised for it being like an interview but I didn't see it that way at all.
