After taking some time out for reflection and self-care, we’re so pleased to reopen and welcome women who are struggling with their mental health.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just need a safe space to talk, we’re here for you.
Our Peer Support Sessions are now running every Tuesday and Thursday evening. A friendly, supportive space to share, listen, and connect.
