Incredibly proud to be Patrons for Bolton Hospice 🩷💙
The work every single person does here is beyond amazing.
Looking forward to supporting even more 🙏🏻 xx
We are delighted to welcome Bridgewater Home Care as the newest member of our patron family! ⭐
Bridgewater Home Care join the scheme as Gold Patrons, testament to their commitment to supporting local families facing terminal and life-limiting illnesses.
Diane Elebert-Morgan, Managing Director of Bridgewater Home Care, said, “We are incredibly proud to become patrons of our local hospice, an organisation that stands for compassion, dignity and care at the moments when it matters most. The hospice’s work touches not only patients, but families and the wider community, offering comfort, support and kindness during life’s most challenging times.
“Becoming a patron is our way of giving back to a service that makes such a profound difference, and standing alongside those who dedicate themselves every day to caring for others.”
Could you follow in Bridgewater Home Care's footsteps and become our next patron? 💜

🌟Invisible Disabilities Awareness Week
This week, we shine a light on the challenges faced by millions living with invisible disabilities — conditions that aren’t always seen, but are deeply felt.
🧠💜 Disabilities such as chronic pain, mental health conditions, autoimmune disorders, and neurological differences often go unnoticed — but that doesn’t make them any less real.
Let’s create a world where compassion comes before judgment.
👉 Listen before assuming.
👉 Believe someone’s experience — even if you can’t see it.
👉 Advocate for accessibility and understanding every day.

It’s on its way to Macmillan Cancer Support - every little helps 🙏🏻

Our own experiences and challenges with family members who required domiciliary care were the building blocks to creating and providing a quality care service that didn’t stop at dispensing medicine and making meals. Like you, we feel that a credible, reliable, and caring service shouldn’t be difficult to find. During such a stressful and trying time, the last thing you need is to worry about the quality of care your loved one is receiving. With this in mind, we realised that it was up to us to provide a solution.
It was after this decision Bridgewater Home Care was established, to provide vulnerable individuals and their families across the North West the compassionate and dignified care that they needed.
The opportunity to be a part of something that has the power to positively transform a person’s life fills us with pride. It is our goal to become the first choice of home care service provider for as many stakeholders as possible. By doing so, we hope to revolutionise the way the UK cares for the ageing and vulnerable population and positively impact the lives of families and communities.
Our values are the life-blood of everything we do:
Quality
Reliability
Trust
We believe that you cannot offer a quality service if you are not first and foremost reliable. To us, being reliable is doing what we said we were going to when we said we would, putting those in our care first and putting their needs and happiness as a paramount priority. Spending the right amount of time with our clients, and genuinely adding value to their day to day lives.
Without reliability, we do not expect anyone to trust us, and without trust, we cannot offer quality.
Quality to us isn’t just the level of care we provide. It’s the systems we use, it’s the unmatched training we provide, and the support that we provide our carers. From 1-hour to 24-hour care, we dedicate ourselves to enabling our clients to live as fulfilling a life as possible in their golden years. Our care team are chosen for their empathy and nurturing qualities. They are passionate about encouraging, stimulating, and engaging our clients in a variety of day to day activities.
