Who we are

Cheetham and Crumpsall Integrated Neighbourhood Team is part of Manchester Local Care Organisation which manages the city’s NHS community health and adult social care services.

To do this we have created 12 neighbourhood teams across the city. These teams are based around a hub where health and social care staff will work together. In Cheetham and Crumpsall this is at Cheetham Primary Care Centre. Bringing the staff together in this way allows us to work better for people in the community, coordinating their care and planning around their needs.

A key part of what we are doing is involving local people in improving care. To do that, we need you to tell us:
