Welcome to NST

We are Sports Therapy Clinic located in Bolton. Our treatments and services will help prepare your body for training and competition.

At NST, we work with clients who exercise and athletes of all ages, abilities and sporting types. As well as improving your bodies recovery and injury prevention from the demand and stress put on your body from your activities. We also work with a wide range of non-active clients. Back, neck, shoulder tension and headaches are all very common symptoms in non-active clients. All of which are often caused by poor posture and stress. Clients who work at a desk all day are most susceptible to tension and injuries in the back and neck. AT NST, we can work with you to reduce your discomfort and tension through massage, exercise therapy and improving your postural awareness. Please visit our website for more information:

A big thank to all of my clients. Whether you have visited the clinic for a one off visit or you have been a loyal customer over the last 8 years. I am truly grateful as without you all I wouldn’t be celebrating 8 years of business today doing a job I love!

Had the perfect day tying the knot and becoming Mrs Abernethy!
It has been an incredible weekend and I can’t wait to show you all my photos. Here are a few sneak peeks.
