Today, the sun crosses the celestial equator, resulting in nearly equal amounts of daylight and darkness. The Spring Equinox symbolises rebirth, new beginnings, and balance.

Today is also the UN International Day of Happiness and this year's theme is Social Media and Happiness.

Here’s wishing you a Happy Spring Equinox.
