A few months ago, a client said to me:

“I don’t think I will ever feel normal again.”

Her mind was constantly racing.
She couldn’t relax.
Even on good days the anxiety was still there in the background.

She had tried:
books
podcasts
coping techniques

but nothing was changing at the root.

Six weeks later she sent me a message that simply said:

“I woke up and my mind was quiet.”

That’s the work.

Not pretending to be confident.
Not forcing positive thinking.

But becoming:
– emotionally steady
– back in control of your thoughts
– able to sit down in the evening and actually relax
– present in your own life again

That’s the “after” so many people don’t believe is possible for them.
