Hello, I'm Cheryl, an expert in empowering individuals through various approaches. With qualifications as a life coach, hypnotherapist, counselor, and practitioner of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), I possess a diverse set of tools to support your personal growth. Additionally, I specialize in guiding you to leverage the law of attraction, enabling you to manifest your desires in life. In 2018, I faced a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis, which became a turning point at the age of 48. Recognizing this pivotal moment, I embarked on a journey to redefine my life's purpose and live authentically. When I experienced redundancy in my job, I interpreted it as a universal sign, compelling me to pursue my childhood dream of becoming a Life Coach and Counselor. Deep within, I have always known that my calling is to help others discover their unique paths and wake up each day with gratitude for the opportunities that lie ahead. My mission is to reignite the inner spark within individuals, rekindling the dreams and aspirations they held dear as children. As adults, we often allow these aspirations to fade into the background amidst the demands of daily life. As we move towards the end of the year, I know this can be a heavy and overwhelming time for many people.

If anxiety, stress, or emotional burnout has been quietly building, you don’t have to carry it alone.
