With qualifications as a life coach, hypnotherapist, counselor, and practitioner of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), I possess a diverse set of tools to support your personal growth. Additionally, I specialize in guiding you to leverage the law of attraction, enabling you to manifest your desires in life. In 2018, I faced a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis, which became a turning point at the age of 48. Recognizing this pivotal moment, I embarked on a journey to redefine my life's purpose and live authentically. When I experienced redundancy in my job, I interpreted it as a universal sign, compelling me to pursue my childhood dream of becoming a Life Coach and Counselor. Deep within, I have always known that my calling is to help others discover their unique paths and wake up each day with gratitude for the opportunities that lie ahead. A few months ago, a client said to me:

“I don’t think I will ever feel normal again.”

Her mind was constantly racing.
She couldn’t relax.
Even on good days the anxiety was still there in the background.

She had tried:
books
podcasts
coping techniques

but nothing was changing at the root.

Six weeks later she sent me a message that simply said:

“I woke up and my mind was quiet.”

That’s the work.

Not pretending to be confident.
Not forcing positive thinking.

But becoming:
– emotionally steady
– back in control of your thoughts
– able to sit down in the evening and actually relax
– present in your own life again

That’s the “after” so many people don’t believe is possible for them.
