On Saturday 16th May our amazing client Nicole, is walking the Yorkshire Three Peaks for a very worthy charity -Kids in Mind.

Amongst many things they offer recovery support and coping strategies to these traumatised children who have either witnessed abuse or have been abused to stop them turning to drink and drugs. If you can support by donating please use the link I’ve provided. Any help is appreciated, thanks

The numbers are in, and it’s official… we have a new Challenger Champion and challenge competitors for the 12 Days of Fitness 2025! 💪🔥

After not placing last year, Mark Hamer has risen to the top and claimed the title with the highest overall score across all challenges— an incredible comeback!

🥇 Mark completed 9 challenges, smashing last year’s record of 7 and beating his own previous best of 6!

🥈 Charlotte takes second place, completing 7 challenges — matching last year’s record total and improving on her own result of 5 from last year!
