Tomorrow we have our ‘Strongwoman Fridays’ group exercise class.

5.30-6.30pm. This one hour group exercise class costs just £8 per person and is suitable for the beginner to the more experienced.

Drawing upon the Styles of strongman event training, this fun, challenging class will leave you feeling strong, motivated and supported by our amazing little group of friendly women🥰

Come along and see what it’s all about!

Class is run by Helen Belle who debuted her first British weight class level strongman competition over a two day event last month. Taking podium place and several events wins along the way!

Qualifying for the ‘Worlds U57kg Championships’ in December. We wish Helen all the very best of luck!

5.30-6.30pm. This one hour group exercise class costs just £8 per person and is suitable for the beginner to the more experienced.

That’s a wrap for our strongwoman Friday workshops!

We all got to have lots of fun getting to grips with our strongman equipment!

This Friday at the new earlier time of 5.30-6.30pm we have our brand new strongwoman style group exercise class.

This is a one hour circuit style group exercise class in which we will draw upon the styles of strongman strength training mixed with conditioning too!

Burn calories, get strong, hit new pb’s and learn something new👌

Tomorrow is week no 4 of our 2nd block of strongwoman Fridays!

Our Friday strongwoman workshop classes now finish with a 40 minute strongman style circuits class each week using all of our strongman equipment👌

‘INTRODUCING SANDBAG TECHNIQUE WEEK’

6-7.30pm,
£12 per session

Our sessions are run on a rolling 6 weekly basis in which we cover all the main strongman events.

Delivering our sessions this way means you can jump into our sessions anytime and dip in and out of our sessions if necessary, and you won’t miss out!

Learn correct,safe and effective sandbag pick up technique.

🔸Sandbag pick up technique
🔸Sandbag to shoulder
🔸Sandbag carries
🔸Overhead sandbag press
🔸Sandbag over bar/on to platform
🔸Husafel pick up and carry technique

We have: 40kg,50kg,60kg and 70kg sandbags!!!

Tommorrow we are testing ourselves with a ‘Maximum sandbag’ challenge.

Why? Because sandbags not only tests your strength but they test your dexterity, mobility, flexibility and endurance too!

Not to mention muscle mass and bone density improvement👌

The classes finish with a 40 minute circuits style class using all of our strongman equipment👌

You don’t have to be strong to start or have any experience.
(Minimum age 14 when accompanied by an adult)

Tommorrow is week number 5 of our strongwoman Friday sessions!

Tommorrow we are focusing on back squats.

Whilst this is not a specific strong man event as such (more powerlifting) it is absolutely an important accessory and essential part of a solid training block.

Learn how to squat correctly,
efficiently and safely tomorrow 6pm to
7:30 pm.

We will be exploring:
🔸Foot positioning
🔸Squat Depth and the issues surrounding this.
🔸Breathing and bracing
🔸 Bar postponing
And more!
