As well as my face to face work, I work online for part of my day, using Zoom to offer remote counselling sessions. It is like being in the room with each other and we quickly forget there is a screen and physical distance between us.
I work with people internationally, nationally, regionally and even those living and working 1 mile down the road. It's an easy and convenient way to access therapy during our often busy lives, when accessing face to face can sometimes be more difficult.
It works for individual and couples sessions just as well as being 'in the room'.
