Are you curious about hypnotherapy and how it can help you?

Not sure you can fit it in to your busy life when you work all day? I have sessions available from 6.15pm onwards, Monday to Friday.

Need to get the children to bed first? Let's book an online session once they've settled and you can finally relax in the comfort of your own home.

Have activities planned during the week? I have sessions on Saturdays from 9.15am.

If you're ready to give yourself an hour a week to improve your mental health, cope with stress or anxiety, overcome a phobia or want to stop smoking / va**ng, please get in touch.

This time of year we enjoy watching the buds grow and develop.
We remove the weeds so they have a better chance.
We take home our litter creating a clean space.
