I’m in the process of making some changes: I am now only offering Remedial & Sports massage therapy and will no longer offer nutritional advice 🙌 hence the new logo. Please bear with me whilst all this is going on- there is soooo much to do but it will be worth it.

From 1st April there will be a change in price:

An initial consultation and treatment will be £45.

Subsequent treatments will be £40.

For those who have regular maintenance sessions you can purchase a block of 4 sessions for £128 (20% saving)

I’ve done it!!! It’s taken 2 years but I’m now a qualified Bodymaster Method Practitioner 🤩 What a course 🙌 I’ve already been putting new skills and techniques into my assessment and treatment plans and clients are reaping the benefits ❤️ As always sessions are designed to establish the cause of pain or dysfunction rather than just treating the presenting symptoms.

I’m really good at studying and treatments but still not so good on social media with updates 😂 It’s 1/2 term this week and I won’t be working my usual days….anyone looking to book in this week I have appointments available Weds 👍

It’s been a while since I have posted anything; it’s been a very manic couple of months…but just a few things…

1) Some really good news that I forgot to share….this year is my 10th year as a Remedial Massage therapist and I would like to a big thank you to everyone who has supported my small business during this time 🙌 I have made so many friends along the way ❤️ I’m so lucky to have a job that I absolutely love 🥰

2) During the next couple of weeks I have the following appointments available:

Weds 18th Dec at 4:30
Fri 20th Dec at 12:30
Mon 23rd at 11am and 12
Fri 3rd Jan - back to normal!!!

🙌 Bodymaster Method course 🙌

🔥8 modules down, only 2 to go 🔥

I have passed another module…this one didn’t take long as I am experienced in these techniques having used them in my treatments for many years. MET’s as they are known are a fantastic way to help improve joint range of motion, and help restore strength of soft tissue. Looking forward to incorporating some revised/enhanced techniques into patient treatment plans 🙌

Don’t put up with aches and pains, and in this case pins and needles that was impacting sleep 💤
This treatment consisted of a thorough neurological assessment and then based on my findings, a tailored treatment 🙌

Welcome to September and the start of flip flop wearers booking in complaining of problems with their feet due to overuse over the summer 🩴

Flip flops are great and convenient for short term wear. However as many offer no support and little shock absorption this puts pressure on the heels, balls of the feet and extends up the legs 🦵

Without adequate support foot alignment is compromised leading to conditions such as Planter Fasciitis - inflammation of the band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot which causes significant pain 🔥 and hinders daily activities.

Overtime wearing flip flops can cause strain on not only feet but can also affect ankles, knees, hips and lower back.

A Remedial Massage can help counter the effects of these problems and help get you back on the road to recovery ❤️‍🩹

All new patients are given a full assessment and a treatment plan is devised based on findings ❤️
