Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care can now respectfully announce the funeral service to celebrate the life of the late Helen Benni will take place at Falkirk crematorium on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025 at 10:45am to which all family, friends and neighbours are respectfully invited.

Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu of floral tributes will be gratefully accepted on the day in Helen's memory in aid of Strathcarron Hospice.

Helen's family would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the unfaltering love and support that has been shown to them during this last week, because the kindness shown has helped them through this incredibly sad and difficult time.

Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care can now respectfully announce the funeral service to celebrate the life of the late Maria McClure will take place at Falkirk crematorium on Thursday, 4th December 2025 at 13:45pm to which all family, friends and neighbours are respectfully invited.

Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu of floral tributes will be gratefully accepted on the day in Maria's memory in aid of Forth Bay Cumbrae Residents and Roots Foodbank.

Maria loved bright colours and especially the colours purple and pink, the family have mentioned that anyone who wishes to wear something colourful and sparkly in memory of Maria are more than welcome.
Having this included in the service will help lift the spirits of those who knew and loved Maria.

Helen was a loving mother of Helen, an adored gran of David and Angel and a treasured great gran of Zayn.
Helen was also a cherished sister, auntie and a good friend to many.

Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care respectfully announce the peaceful passing of Maria Jane McClure, aged 72 years at Forth Bay Nursing Home on Monday, 17th November 2025.

Maria was the beloved mother of Sam, Mary and Carol, an adored gran of Dean, Jack, Tyler, Amber and Blake, a treasured sister of David, Betty, Tommy and the late Pat, as well as a much loved neighbour and a good friend to many. Maria will be sorely missed by family, friends and neighbours.

The family of the late Peter Macis would like to take this opportunity to extend their sincere gratitude to all family, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of support and sympathy extended to them following the sad passing of Peter.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who paid their respects by attending Peter's funeral mass and donated so generously in his memory in aid of The British Heart Foundation, raising a total of £261.

Sincere thanks to Father Matthew for the beautiful and comforting mass to commemorate Peter's life and Ann for the wonderful organ music.

Thank you to the staff at Kilsyth cemetery for their care and professionalism and the Coachman for the wonderful afternoon teas. Many thanks, also, to Betty at Forever flowers for the beautiful, floral tributes.

Finally, the family would like to offer their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care for the support and guidance given, because it made such a difference to Peter's loved ones during an incredibly difficult and emotional time.

On behalf of his loving family, we at Paul H. O’Connor Funeral Care respectively announce the sudden passing of John (Jock) Connell aged 87 years. John passed away in the comfort of his home on the 31st October with his family by his side.

John will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him, but he is finally reunited with his beloved Elsie.

John was a treasured husband, a loving father, grandad and great grandad.

The Connell family would like to take this opportunity to offer their heartfelt thanks for the kindness and support that they have received from friends and neighbours. They would also like to extend their sincerest thanks to the hospital at home team, palliative care team and district nurses at Bonnybank Practice who helped to fulfill John’s final wish of being at home.

O’Connor Funeral Care can now respectfully announce that a Requiem Mass to celebrate the life of the late Peter Macis, will take place at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Friday 7th November 2025 at 10am, followed by the internment service at Kilsyth Cemetery at approximately 11:30am to which all family, friends and neighbours are respectfully invited.

The family of the late James "Jim" Lapsley would like to take this opportunity to extend their sincere gratitude to all family, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of support and sympathy extended to them following the sad passing of James.
