Last call for summer sling hires!

If you want a sling for the summer, please let me know asap! You can collect from Bonnyrigg or tomorrow morning from Haddington.
The library will be closed from Thursday until mid August.

If you hire a sling for 3 weeks, I’ll add another 3 weeks for free so you can enjoy the sling all summer!

The library will be closed for new hires between the July and August sling meets so please make sure you hire before this time if you want a sling for the summer!

I’ll be in Ikea Edinburgh today.

Pop along if you need support with slings. Feel free to grab a cuppa and sit down for a chat when you arrive. Often the wait is very long as it can get very busy.

If you feel you need more time, want to try on more slings and want to work around your baby and schedule, book a 1-2-1 consultation with me. This is not free but you are getting a relaxed, bespoke service in the comfort of your home.

Hello Everyone!

Our next sling meet is on Tuesday 22nd April in Ikea upstairs in the restaurant between 10:45-12:15.

Meets can be very busy so often it’s a long wait but I make sure we see everyone. Feel free to grab a drink or food and chat to each other while you wait.

If you feel you need more time or have lots of questions please consider a 1-2-1 home consultation which is more relaxed. This is a paid service and you can email for more info and availability.

We offer fiver fit checks of your own sling.

Please consider a small donation if you don’t hire from us on the day. We need support to keep going.

Here are the dates for the next sling meets in Ikea!
We are usually at the right side of the restaurant in the back. You can’t miss us, there will be lots of slings around us!

Sling meets can get very busy and we are doing our best to see you as soon as possible but please be patient with us! Feel free to grab a cuppa and chat to the other families.

Sling meet or consultation?

At sling meets there is time to try on 1-2 slings and hire if you want to test them longer before you get your own. We highly recommend hiring as slings are very expensive and we’d want you to be sure on your decision.
We also offer to fit check your own sling for £5.

At a home consultation you usually have an hour or an hour and half with a consultant. You have time to try a couple of slings and/or learn a new skill, eg how to use a ring sling. It’s a more personal and relaxed experience. You can email us at thebonnieslinglibrary@gmail.com for prices and more information.

If you come to a sling meet and don’t hire a sling, please consider a small donation to the library because hires are our ONLY income and we’d love to offer this service to you as long as possible.

Hi Everyone!

The last sling meet of the year is coming up!
It’s a Monday sling meet, not the usual Tuesday one! Oscha Slings will be with us too with their beautiful range!

If you hire a sling between now and the 17th December (at the meet or from my doorstep), then you can have 6 weeks hire for the price of 3!

Get in touch if you are interested!

Ikea meets can be very busy so please prepare to wait and have a catch up with others.

We do fiver fit checks of your own sling too!

Please consider a small donation if we helped you but you don’t hire. The only income of the sling library is from hires and we need your support to be able to carry on!

Have you booked your Christmas class?
There are only a few spaces left! The dates are 25th, 27th and 28th November.

There will be lots of singing and Christmas music, dancing, small presents, snacks and drinks and cakes of course!
