Our Amanda has been out and about in the Local Community ams spent sometime with local residents in Move it or Lose it in the Emmanuel Methodist United Reformed Church in Derby Street Ormskirk!

The sessions allow people to motivate themselves and remain active in a safe and friendly environment!

We recommend anyone in the local area attend, Amanda really enjoyed meeting everyone and finding out all about what the classes have to offer!
