Meet my lovely client Tracy!
This girl started her 1:1 journey in January this year and now just look at her! 129.5lb down and doesn’t she look amazing and happy!
Not only does she look incredible she feels so healthy, she has so much more confidence, she is a true inspiration and the most loveliest of ladies 🥰
Just over the last couple of weeks she’s had THE best non scale victory, she no longer requires to use her sleep apnea mask!!! What! How amazing!

Weigh day
Week one results - 11lbs!!!!!
I’m super happy with this but knew by sticking 💯 to plan the results would be good!
Going to do week 2 on step 2 let’s see if I can get a stone by next week 💖

Day 7
Got my days a bit mixed up yesterday should have said 5 & 6 🙈
So today I done step 2 with being so busy I just felt like I needed extra calories. Porridge for breakfast chocolate shake for lunch and still got one product left 💖 weigh day tomorrow 😊

Day 4 & 5
Forgot yesterdays post but had the same again today. Wanting all the carbs the last couple of days but I know that craving will pass. 2 days till weigh day, can’t wait 💖

Day 4
Ending the day on an iced chocolate mint shake, so refreshing! Had chocolate shake and porridge for my other products today and 3 litres of water with so much ice up to now 😊
No side effects so far thought I would have a headache today but no all good 👍💖

It’s definitely not soup weather but just fancied this for dinner and it was gorgeous 😋 lunch was a chocolate shake. 4 litres of water down 😊 been a bit hungry today but not enough to make me come off plan. Bring on tomorrow 💖

Golden syrup porridge to start the day today. This is by far the nicest porridge ever!!

Lots of water 💦 today more than normal it’s going to be a hot one 🥵

Seeing friends doesn’t have to be all about food! These ready made shakes are my go to for being constantly on the go and perfect lunch and dinner today when meeting friends for coffee!
End of day 2 and feeling good 👍

🌟 RESTART 🌟

Day 1
So here I go blogging my journey to lose what I’ve gained over the last year! Maintenance is definitely harder than I thought it would be, so after weeks of failing on my own I reached out to my amazing sponsor for some extra support to help me get back to where I was.
I’m going to keep myself accountable by posting daily my products, and my losses each week, starting on step 1a 💖 I love these products the chocolate shake ‘n’ go and fruit and nut are two of my faves so going to savour each meal and enjoy this journey 💖
