The worst shoulders I've ever crossed! With calcium deposits and extreme knots that i cannot get in to. Absolutely nothing for this lady's pain, pins & needles and tightness other than combined massage and cupping regularly. Finally, moving them shoulders again and getting some cracking going with reduced pins and needles. Considering the severity, I think we should follow her journey to see just how much we may be able to improve her condition. Even the healthcare professionals have no plan for this!

So I'm working on a new project in what little spare time I have and I just wanted to share this and ask for your opinion. I am working on a children's clothing range using materials that would otherwise go to landfill from job lots, preloved, discontinued lines and defective stock. The theme is nature and colours of course. But should we introduce clothing as part of Rainbow Enrichment or a separate page?? Thoughts??

Rainbow Enrichment is returning in the coming weeks. We are working hard to develop an updated price list, ensure equipment is up to standard, and we have a huge project we're working on in the background. After these last 2 years, I've truly missed working with everyone which is why we will be operating again in the near future. Services will be mobile, and a new range is slowly being developed. However, this will take many months before we're even ready to launch but, there will be many posts to reveal the behind the scenes mayhem! Please be mindful that I am also working full time now too and am happy to recommend to anyone seeking therapies.

These 2 books are becoming my new best friend. Both by I am excited to make the many changes she suggests after our holiday this year. Finally a doctor who actually shows the links between trauma, hormone disorders and autoimmune disease all linking back to gut health which holds 70% of our immune system. I don't feel our health care system provided me with significant education or understanding of my conditions and how to overcome them but for years, I've intuitively been drawn to alternative practices which speaks volumes. Regardless, our healthcare system is amazing for emergency services and surgical procedures. I am a believer in integrative care but I know Dr Gottfrieds suggestions do require more randomised controlled trials for them to hold more gravity within the west. However, I am happy to adopt these strategies but it will ve a longhaul!

PCOS UPDATE.. so I’ve been on myoinositol overall for nearly a month now. I started off with the cheaper brand that included maca also. I didn’t feel much differently taking this one however, it was only for a short period of time. I avoided getting the Inofolic alpha (clinically proven) initially due to the folic acid inside it as I was expected my GP may need to prescribe it. After recent blood test, GP did not need to prescribe it but suggested I take folic acid OTC supplement to help and went on to have further tests for other issues I am awaiting results on. I started taking Inofolic Alpha last week and I have finally got my period after months of no period. The quality and length of this period I cannot comment on properly just yet and I also wait to see how my next cycles go. It is however looking promising. I have had raging PMS as a result of no cycle since May other than a bit of old blood. I will keep you updated on the progress and my journey of using myoinositol. I also await to discover what else is happening within my body as I appear to have another underlying condition which may also be impacting this.. we will find out 🙄..
