My kids take other supplements but these ar were main ones I would use for a detox, I have not listed my probiotics or minerals as each child is different on what they can take, some prefer liquids, some prefer capsules and some chewables

What you consume doesn’t just come in the form of food.

It comes in multiple forms from multiple directions.

It’s amazing what can happen in both your health and overall life when you remove and block negative energy from your immediate sphere.

Something as simple as stopping watching the news can have a massively healing and regenerative effect ... I’ve seen it time and time again.

So, if you want to improve your health and life, be mindful each day in what you allow to enter into your mouth, eyes, ears and energy field.

Try your best to consume as much uplifting, inspiring and life-giving content and positive energy as possible.

It really will be a game-changer for you.

To all the mums who never stop fighting for their children, who push through exhaustion, doubt, and endless appointments - today is for you.

To the mums who have been dismissed, told it is just anxiety, just a phase, just bad behaviour. The ones who knew better and kept searching. The ones who read late into the night, who ask the hard questions, who will not accept “there is nothing you can do.”

To the mums of children with Autism ADHD, PANS, PANDAS, and complex health issues, who have carried their children through the darkest moments, who have seen the fear in their eyes and promised they will not stop until they find answers.

You are the reason your child has a chance. You are their strength when they cannot fight for themselves. You are not just a mother. You are an advocate, a researcher, a healer, a warrior.

You are everything.

Happy International Women’s Day to the women who never give up. The world may not always see your fight, but your child does. And that is everything.

Sabotage Play 🤎

In the early stages of helping Mykee to communicate we used a strategy called Sabotage Play this is where you interrupt your child’s play or the things they like doing so they initiate for you to carry on, your are giving them the opportunity to communicate with you, they have to let you know they want you to carry on, you can do this in every day situation’s like pushing them on a swing or jumping on a trampoline, you just stop the activity and wait, they could communicate by giving you eye contact, making a sound or taking your hand to let you know they want you to carry on, once they do that then you carry on with the activity so they know they have to communicate with you in some way to get what they want.

Putting things they like in see through box’s, pausing and waiting to give them the opportunity to communicate are some little tips that may help your child to interact with you, using single words like again, more, open, go, and being consistent is so important, also homing into what they and what motivates them is key, it may be stones, mud, food etc but they will give you more if they are motivated by what they like.
