Upper body session: 💪🏼
Assisted band pull ups 3x8
Incline chest press (Smith machine) 3x8
Seated row (Cable machine) 3x8
Chest flies (Cable machine) 3x8
Lat pull down (Cable machine) 3x8
Superset between Tricep extension 3x8 & Bicep curl 3x8
Finishing the session with 20 minutes cardio on the bike.
