📢 Volunteer Patients Needed – Ear Wax Removal (22nd May) 📢

Chase Pharmacy is looking for 4 volunteer patients* to take part in an Ear Wax Removal clinic on 22nd May.
If you’re experiencing a build-up of ear wax and would be interested in treatment, this is a great opportunity to be seen.

⚠️ Important: We only have 4 spaces available, which will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

There are some eligibility criteria to meet, so please contact Chase Pharmacy directly to find out more and check if you’re suitable.

Once all spaces have been filled, we’ll update our page accordingly.
*There will be a small fee as we will require you to use Olive Oil Ear Spray for the few days building up to the treatment. This will be made available for you to collect at the point of confirmation.

📢 Volunteer Patients Needed – Cryotherapy Clinic (19th May) 📢

Chase Pharmacy is looking for 4 volunteer patients to take part in a Cryotherapy clinic on 19th May.
We can treat a range of common conditions, including:

✅ Skin tags
✅ Benign lesions
✅ Milia
✅ Sun spots
✅ Warts & verrucas

⚠️ Important: Spaces are limited to just 4 people and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

There are a few eligibility criteria to meet, so please get in touch with Chase Pharmacy directly for more information and to check your suitability.
Once all spaces are filled, we’ll post an update here to let everyone know.

Important Update – Ear Wax Removal Service‼️

We would like to make patients aware that our ear wax removal service is currently undergoing a temporary change.
It has come to our attention that the pharmacist previously operating this service had been booking patients into appointment slots at times when he was not on duty.

As a result, we are reviewing how the service is managed to ensure it operates safely, reliably, and in line with the high standards expected at Chase and Headley Pharmacies.

To support this, Emily (Pharmacist Manager) and Jamie (Business Manager) will be undertaking the necessary training as soon as possible, so the ear wax removal service can continue in a structured and consistent way moving forward.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

Further updates will be shared once training is complete and appointments are ready to resume.

We’ve had a huge influx of prescriptions arriving and many patients needing their medication the very same day. To help us keep everything running smoothly, please try to order your medication with plenty of notice. Urgent on the day items will still be processed as quickly as we can as usual however this request applies to regular repeat medication.

🕒 When your prescription arrives with us:
• Chase: Ready within 48 hours
• Headley: Ready within 72–96 hours

We hope you all had a restful long weekend and enjoyed some well‑deserved time with loved ones.

We’re continuing our patient questionnaire, and we really do need your help. To make sure any decisions we take are genuinely representative, we need at least 100 completed forms and we’re currently at 34. Every single response truly counts. 💛
