Update on the hypnotic weight loss jab!

I am so proud of my client. Particularly because she had an actaul gastric sleeve fitted but then put back all the weight she initially lost.
Since starting work on the hypnotic weight loss programme in March 2026 she has shed 2 stone (12.7kg) of fat. She is now feeling confident to go shopping on the high street rather than online.
She is not on a restrictive diet, she is eating mindfully, making healthy food choices and drinking lots of water.
She says she is the lightest she has ever been in her life and is feeling incredibly proud of herself.
Well done that woman!

Hypnotic weight loss jab update

A quick update of what's been happening in my clinic over the last month.

Two of my clients are on the third session of this six session programme.

One of them is in her 20's and the other in her 30's.

Both are overweight and have tried many ways over the years to shed the fat.

The main changes for both of them are

'A completely new mindset regarding food and drink'

'A sudden understanding of the fat-busting power of drinking lots of water'

'Real enjoyment of preparing healthy food and really savouring the taste, texture and smells of the meal'

'Awareness of how food has been used for comfort in the past

And the numbers - both of them have lost 8lbs of fat so far!
