October is Farnham Craft Month 🎨✨
Recently, some of our team came together to make beautiful lanterns, which will shine brightly at the Farnham Lantern Festival on 31st October 🏮.

We’re also thrilled to share that we’ll be displaying our creations at our very own Craft Exhibition - celebrating creativity, community, and handmade craft! If you’d like to showcase your work, please drop off your pieces by 15th October. This is an open invite to all - we’d love to see your creativity on display! 🧶

" I am a specialist neuro personal trainer based in Guildford, dedicated to helping adults living with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and other neurological challenges rebuild strength, balance, and confidence. With a Master’s degree in Physical Activity for Special Populations and ongoing PhD research, I combine advanced exercise science with a compassionate, person-centred approach.

Through my company, Stephen Orwin Neuro PT, I deliver 1:1 and small-group exercise sessions designed to improve mobility, reduce falls risk, and enhance independence for older adults across the local community. I work closely with care homes, charities, and community groups to make specialist exercise more accessible creating safe, evidence-based programmes that make a genuine difference in people’s daily lives.
