Hello everyone,
I hope you all are safe, well and coping with lock down.
I just wanted to let everyone know that My Potters Bar Clinic is back open for treating patients. Unfortunately, the Borehamwood practice is still closed at present.
I’ve been treating emergencies for the last 5 weeks but have been told that we can now open our clinics a little wider.
I will have to run through a triage questionnaire with you and I’ll have to send consent forms before attending the clinic or attending your home.
I’ve put in place all the required measures in line with the latest government advice, my insurance provider and my governing bodies. I’ve been following and participating in online webinars on Covid 19 so that I can be as safe as possible and minimise the transmission risk.
I will be treating you in full PPE, which consists of mask, glasses, gloves and apron. The only single use product is the gloves as I am conscious of adding to the planets plastic waste.
I ask that when you attend the clinic, could you please bring a mask and your own towel to reduce the droplet production in the clinic room.
