📍 Based near Borehamwood (where the minibus is kept overnight), you'll support our homes across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, London and Essex as needed.

Your role will include:

✅ Picking up and dropping off residents from our care homes
✅ Taking residents out whether it be social outings or everyday activities
✅ Providing safe, comfortable transport with a smile!

This is a flexible, bank position – perfect if you enjoy driving and making a difference in people's lives.

🚗 Clean driving license is essential

🌺 Bringing the Spirit of Aloha to Hampden Hall! 🌺

Residents and guests at Hampden Hall Care Centre enjoyed a fabulous Hawaiian-themed BBQ party, filled with sunshine, laughter, and delicious food. The gardens were transformed into a tropical paradise, complete with colourful leis, palm decorations, and island-inspired music.

Our BBQ spread had something for everyone – from juicy burgers and jerk chicken to grilled vegetables, fresh salads, and tropical fruit platters. To make the day extra special, our team served up refreshing mocktails and cocktails – the perfect finishing touch to a summer celebration. 🍹✨

It was a wonderful day bringing a true taste of the tropics to the heart of Aylesbury! 🌴☀️

On Monday 26th August, Riverdale Care Home welcomed the Dementia Tour Bus, delivered by Training2Care. 💜

Families, staff, and our local community stepped inside the immersive experience to better understand what living with dementia can feel like. The journey highlighted daily challenges such as confusion, disorientation, and communication difficulties, sparking powerful conversations afterwards.

At Riverdale, we know how important it is to truly understand dementia so we can support our residents and families with even more compassion.

🎉 Carnival Spirit Has No Age Limit!

Westgate House Care Centre was transformed into a burst of colour, music, and Caribbean flavours at our Notting Hill Carnival–themed BBQ!

Residents, families, and our amazing team enjoyed steel drum music, delicious BBQ food, refreshing cocktails, and even a lively limbo dancing challenge. The afternoon was filled with laughter, dancing, and togetherness – creating wonderful memories for all.

🎉 Each year, Westgate Healthcare celebrates the joy of gardening with our Westgate in Bloom competition. This year’s theme was “Countries Around the World,” inspiring each home to design a unique wheelbarrow garden representing a different country.

Residents played a central role from planting to final display, making it a true team effort. Huge congratulations to Byron House for their stunning French-themed garden that wowed the judges!
