Tip of The Day: Autumn is coming. The days are a little chillier, the children have gone back to school (thank goodness!), and the pumpkins are already in the supermarkets. It is very easy to sink a little and to feel a bit deflated. At Smile Global HQ we have discovered the joy of walking. We have our best meetings outside, walking and talking. The leaves are crunchy underfoot now, and the weather is perfect for a brisk, bracing walk. You will feel energised to be out in nature – don’t take our word for it – get outside and try it!
