This young lady has Class III, which means her lower jaw is positioned in front of her upper jaw. Most of these cases are advised that surgery is necessary. However, Dr Rumbak with his specialised orthodontic appliances has managed to avoid surgery in her case.

Beautiful lady referred from another othodontist. Even manufacturing lab / lead specialist orthodontist in Germany advised Alan / Dr Rumbak that this requires surgery and cannot be done by orthodontics alone. Fair dues goes to fantastic cooperation from patient too. Before and after and NO surgery, ortho alone.

This young lad had missing upper left central tooth and lateral left incisor from trauma. Right central has been moved into left central position and right lateral has been moved into right central position and built up to become right central. Both canines have been restructured to look as if they are the lateral incisors. First premolars are now in canine position and adjusted to look like canines. Amazing outcome from a very sad start…

This says no one who isn’t a specialist orthodontist can do a fellowship aligner course. It means that the further education involving aligners are recognising the risks associated with insufficiently qualified people prescribing aligners.
