Customer notice:

I am away Friday 23rd - Monday 27th May; during this time I will not be replying to work related messages so expect delays in any responses until the evening of Monday 27th.
I am also off Tuesday 28th for my Birthday so again, expect delays in any responses to emails and texts.

The following dates: 29th / 30th are FULLY BOOKED, with only 1 appointment available on 31st.

If you have an appointment with me on any of these days and need to cancel or reschedule, I need a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice so that I can offer the appointment to somebody else, otherwise my cancellation fee will apply (pay 50%). Or you cancel on the same day, I will have to charge the full amount for your appointment.

We have some remaining appointments left this week if you want to squeeze a massage in before your London Marathon on Sunday! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🇬🇧🏅 Or book in for next week and reward yourself for all the months of gruelling hours of effort and dedication and aid your recovery 💪

Aside from pre and post event massage, we also offer injury assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for both sport related and non-sport related pain and / or injuries 🙌

We don’t treat symptoms, we address them, and treat at the root cause of the pain and condition 🎯
