A polite reminder late cancellations or no shows will require a full payment before a new appointment can be scheduled as per the cancellation policy . I am a small self employed business and although I am busy , dedicate some of my time to volunteering to help vulnerable and homeless feet . Having reliable clients is paramount to me being able to offer this and still earn a living . Most of my patients are fantastic and I always accommodate any non forceable emergencies that may crop up . I don’t want to start charging full payment up front as other businesses do but this may be something I will consider in the future.
