Massive thank you to everyone who attended our latest Community CPR and Defibrillator Awareness session at The Ship Inn, Aldborough last night.
With guests mainly from Boroughbridge Tennis Club and Boroughbridge Bowls Club, we brushed up on old skills and learnt many new ones.
Hopefully all went away feeling empowered and equipped with a new found confidence to help, if faced with a Cardiac Arrest.
