About Cambria Primary Care
Cambria Primary Care is a new GP Federation which was established in May 2018. The fundamental idea behind Federating is that new challenges are best tackled and managed together and that great patient outcomes can only be achieved through improving the sustainability and resilience of the GP Practices in North Ceredigion.
There is no doubt primary care is central to the health and wellbeing of patients in North Ceredigion and that in the current climate its importance will grow as more people with complex health needs receive care in the community. The federation provides us with a governance structure that binds us together and facilitates collaborative working necessary to do so.
The GP practices who have formed Cambria Primary Care are: Borth Surgery, Borth; Llanilar Health Centre, Llanilar; Tanyfron Surgery, Aberaeron ; Tregaron Surgery, Tregaron. Together we will:
