YOU ARE A SACRED V E S S E L

A message that came through loud + clear today as I felt so called to journey with cacao + dance blindfolded to receive what I needed.
This is one of my most potent + favourite practices to come back to myself, play, transmute + embody the medicine of cacao.

How often do we honour what is uniquely sacred to us? How often do you listen to your primal essence + bodily wisdom?

There is so. much. noise. in the world at the moment - its vibrant chaos is palbable.
However you’re experiencing it all - remember to feel into your sacred + know that you have all that you need within yourself. No matter the opinions, words or actions of others.

What you choose to consume is everything + you always have a choice. We are always choosing - reactions, thoughts, people, situations, nourishment, food etc.
What truly serves your sacred self?

The power lies within you + your own beliefs. They are what shake up + create your world.

Energy moves as you do. Intention creates the ripples that shift your reality.

So remember, in a world that demands your attention + stimulates the illusion of separateness - Keep your vision high + embody your sacred + respect one another.
