After some slow couple of months I am happy to share that I am back!
Following up on your request, starting a series of workshops/masterclasses focusing on drills, tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years to help with handstand and arm balance practice. I am not nearly a pro with my handstand but regular practice made a huge impact in my progress in many ways and helped me with my recent recovery after a major surgery.
It is time to share them with you!

This will be a 2hrs long workshop / masterclass where you will be led through a series of drills, breakdowns and going upside down during the session (only if you want of course)

The first class is planned on the 27th of July (Saturday) 12-2pm.

With heavy heart but I’ve made the decision of pausing my regular Friday Vinyasa flow

The classes remain until the 5th of April 🤍

Will be offering occasional donation based class instead on the Cliff Top, in Southbourne, however it’ll be highly weather dependent ^^
