Feedback is a gift, here is the journey I have shared with Julie a 50yr old mum of two who works full time very demanding career.
Julies review:
I’ve been training with Lucy consistently for the last 3 years, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness.
When I started, I was already a regular runner and had completed half marathons, so my cardio fitness was good — but I had very little upper body strength and no real experience with strength training.
Lucy has completely changed that. I’m now lifting weights I never imagined I could — including 50kg — and I feel so much stronger and more confident in myself.
What’s been amazing is how much it’s helped my running too. I’ve become faster and even beaten my half marathon PB, which I set 10 years ago.
For me, working with Lucy has been a really worthwhile investment. I love the support, the consistency, and knowing I’m training in a way that’s right for me.
