🚨Important Notice from Bubble&Bash🚨

We didn’t want to make this post, but we felt like we had no choice but to. We are extremely disappointed to share that after a recent private booking, Bubble&Bash was left in an unacceptable state. The space was severely trashed, with sick, food and drink thrown across the place, furniture damaged, and facilities broken. whirlpool bath broken , pool table broken … Our cleaners have been working all weekend to bring the place back to standard.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, relaxing, and welcoming environment, and this behaviour is not only disrespectful to our business, but also to all of our valued customers who treat the space with care.

We know who the individual responsible is, and they have already been contacted directly. If they do not respond and settle the damages, we will have no choice but to name and shame publicly on FACEBOOK. YES WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE LADIES !!! Also sharing this, as we don’t want any other businesses to go through this or experience what we did, with the same customers.

Bubble&Bash is a place for relaxation, fun, and good memories, not this disrespectful behaviour. We will not tolerate this type of behaviour and will be taking stronger measures going forward.

Thank you to our loyal customers for your continued support and respect for our venue. 💙
