We ask that all Lincolnshire Telecare Service customers test their Lifeline once a month to ensure everything is working as it should be.

Testing your Lifeline helps us identify any problems with your equipment, such as a low battery. It also helps build your confidence in using the Lifeline, and you get to know our Monitoring Team, who are there to help you in case of an emergency.

Meet Josh, our Telecare Technician. 👋

Josh is 1 of 4 Telecare Technicians and he is responsible for installing Telecare equipment in customers homes and maintaining it.

Josh loves his role as he gets to interact with a lot of customers and he enjoys hearing all of their stories and the places they have visited. Josh thrives off seeing the customers happy with the services we provide and it gives him peace of mind that his job enables people to continue to live independently.

In Josh's spare time he enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his god children.

Our Reassurance Package provides extra peace of mind in your home. It includes a Digital Lifeline, Pendant and Fall Detector.

The Digital Lifeline does not require a landline teelephone as the unit runs off a Sim Card, so it simply needs plugging into a mains power socket. This package also comes complete with 24/7 monitoring.

Pricing: £19.28 Per Month | £40 one off Installation fee or Self Install option for FREE.

This is Craig, Craig is one of our Technicians and is responsible for the Installing the Telecare equipment and providing a demonstration of how the equipment works to new customers. Craig also completes maintenance checks and Repairs.

Craig loves his job and the sector as everyday is different and he likes meeting new people each day (and their dogs!) The most rewarding part of the role is keeping people safe in the local community and that is achieved by the use of Telecare Equipment.

In his spare time you'll find Craig walking his dogs on the beach! 🐶

Day to day Ellie deals with onboarding new customers, managing existing customers accounts. Co-ordinating our team of Technicians and booking Installations and Repairs in.

Ellie is passionate about Telecare as she likes making a difference and knowing the services we provide genuinely help and support people.

Q: Will my Pendant work in the Garden?
A: The Pendant will work anywhere in the average house and garden, with an approximate range of 50 meters between the Lifeline Unit and the Pendant.

Q: What happens if I'm feeling unwell during the night?
A; our Monitoring Centre is fully staffed 24 hours a day, every day. This means you can activate your Lifeline for assistance any time of the day or night and know that we are there for you.

Q: Can i wear the Pendant in the shower?
A: The Pendant is water resistant and can be worn in the shower. However, it cannot be worn in the bath as i cannot be submerged in water.
