Thank you to everyone for your continued patience while we are stranded in Australia and unable to get home safely at the moment! I fully appreciate your understanding when I have to postpone your appointments. I will be in touch to rebook all cancelled appointments as soon as I know our definite return date. We have already had 2 flights cancelled and the earliest they can rebook us for is 16th March! We are in a very fortunate position to have family to stay with and to support us in any way possible.

This is a question I'm often asked and I always say it's up to each individual person. How often should we have a massage? Let's face it, if we could afford it we would all have a massage WAY more often! And that's why I keep my prices affordable 😊

The problem comes when real life and busy schedules get in the way of our massages, we forget about our body's needs, we let the tension build up and then all of a sudden we expect the massage therapist to work miracles 🤣
As much as I love a challenge when it comes to relieving your aches and pains, I also strongly advise that you Keep up the self care!

Keep your eyes peeled 👀 Less than 2 weeks until FND awareness Day and I will be offering a one-off special to raise funds and awareness.
Some people naively think FND has "gone away" when you have a good spell or better days, but it still makes its presence very well known on the bad days!
Thankfully my son now has some better days than this time last year, but there is still more research and more treatment needed. Doctors still have a LOT to learn about WHY it exists and how to help with the diagnosis. Please let me know if you would like to know more or be added to my "first come first serve" special offer list!
