The PCN serves a population of approximately 78,000 patients with other health, social and voluntary sectors to support the wellbeing of the people of Boston.

At the close of a busy Know Your Number Week, we’re delighted to have carried out more than 125 health checks within our community. It’s been a pleasure meeting so many people and supporting them with advice on proactive health management.
