🌼 St Barnabas Bereavement Groups 🌼

St Barnabas offers FREE, friendly bereavement groups for adults (18+) who are grieving.

These welcoming, drop‑in sessions are led by trained counsellors and give people a safe space to talk, listen, and connect with others who understand.

Open to anyone registered with a Lincolnshire GP and grieving the loss of an adult — no prior hospice contact needed.
