Sunshine and freshly cut grass, it's a sure sign the seasons are changing ☀️

With the recent spell of brighter weather, our Sites Team have been making the most of it and getting in the first lawn cut of the season. It’s fantastic to see the transformation of our gardens after the winter months.

We’re looking for an organised and professional Part-time Reception & Administration Assistant to join our Charity Office team in Boston.

This part-time role (15 hours per week – Thursday & Friday, plus annual leave cover) combines reception and administrative duties. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and supporters, manage enquiries, support events and process donations with care and accuracy.

💷 £12.21 per hour
🌴 12 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)

We’re seeking someone with administrative experience, strong communication and organisational skills, confidence using Microsoft Office and GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above).

Today marks a truly special milestone for The Butterfly Hospice Trust 🦋

We were proud to open The Butterfly Lodge, with the Deputy Mayor of Boston, Patsie Marson, officially marking the occasion.

Throughout the day, we were delighted to welcome project donors, charity supporters, volunteers, community connections and key stakeholders who have all played a part in the story of the Butterfly Hospice. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together and celebrate what has been achieved through the generosity of our community.

The Butterfly Lodge is now officially open and set to provide a welcoming, comfortable space for families to rest and stay close to their loved ones during some of life’s most difficult times. Offering privacy, dignity and reassurance when it matters most.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported this project. Your kindness has created something that will make a lasting difference to families in our community.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of making this dream become reality.

🦋Through a variety of fundraising events and efforts across the year, it’s been a real team effort and we’re so grateful to everyone who supported along the way.

A big shout-out to Claire from our Skegness office for going above and beyond with fundraising - an incredible effort 👏

Two of our Partners also had the chance to visit and see the amazing work the hospice does firsthand, which made this year’s fundraising feel even more meaningful 💚
